    Before your session, you’ll receive a Zen Kit with simple ritual tools to help you turn your space into a sanctuary. When we meet, we’ll begin by checking in, setting your intention for the journey, and answering any questions you have.

    You’ll be guided through a short grounding meditation and gentle opening breath to calm your nervous system, clear your energy, and prepare your body and mind for the deeper breathwork journey.

  • During the Session: Dive Deep into Healing

    I’ll gently guide you through a specific breathwork pattern designed to shift you into a deeper state of awareness, support your nervous system, and open space for emotional release.

    As you breathe, you may experience waves of relaxation, insight, or stored emotions moving through and out of the body. Throughout the session, I’ll be right there with you—holding a safe, grounded container as we clear energetic and emotional blockages together.
