How It Works

Preparation: Arrive & Ground Into the Space
When you arrive at the studio, you’ll step into a space that’s already set up for you—soft lighting, mats, blankets, and a calming atmosphere designed to help your system exhale. We’ll begin by checking in as a group, setting a shared intention for the journey, and answering any questions you may have.
You’ll be guided through a short grounding meditation and gentle opening breath to calm your nervous system, clear your energy, and prepare your body and mind for the deeper breathwork and sound healing experience.

During the Session: Breathwork, Sound & Emotional Release
I’ll gently guide you through a specific breathwork pattern designed to shift you into a deeper state of awareness, support your nervous system, and open space for emotional release and insight. As you breathe, you may experience waves of relaxation, clarity, tingling sensations, or emotions moving through and out of the body.
Throughout the journey, you’ll also be held by the vibration of sound through crystal bowls to help deepen your state of relaxation and healing. I’ll be holding a safe, grounded container for the group the entire time, supporting you as we soften tension and clear energetic and emotional blockages together. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

Post-Breathwork: Integration & Sharing
After the active breathwork, we’ll slowly transition into integration so your body and nervous system can land. You’ll have time to rest, return to a natural breath, and notice what’s present in your body and heart. I’ll guide you through a short grounding + reflection process, and you’ll be invited to capture anything that came up in your journal.
We’ll then move into optional group sharing—an opportunity to speak to your experience, be witnessed, and receive gentle reflections or guidance. You’ll leave with simple practices to support you in the days ahead, and with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the community around you.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to gently shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into a more regulated, restorative state. By slowing and deepening your breath, you can lower stress hormones like cortisol, increase oxygen flow to the brain, and support the release of feel-good chemicals such as endorphins.
This can lead to greater calm, mental clarity, and emotional regulation, while also helping to ease anxiety and tension held in the body. Over time, breathwork can support your mental, emotional, and physical resilience—helping you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

Q: Do I need experience to come?
A: Nope! Beginners are welcome, we have some every time! I’ll guide you the entire way, explain exactly what to do, and offer options to keep it gentle or go deeper depending on what your body needs.
Q: What should I bring (and how should I prepare)?
A: Nothing is required. Everything you need for the experience will be provided. If you’d like, bring water, a journal, or any small comfort item that helps you feel grounded, you're welcome to.
Q: Is breathwork safe? Who should not attend?
A: Breathwork is generally safe, but it may not be suitable if you have epilepsy/seizure disorders, serious heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, or a history of severe mental health conditions (like psychosis). If you’re unsure, check with your healthcare provider and/or message me before booking so we can make sure this is the right fit.
Q: What can I expect during the session?
A: You’ll be guided through a grounding intro, a clear explanation of the breathing technique, and a full breathwork journey (with space to rest + integrate afterward). Everyone’s experience is different; you might feel calm, emotional release, tingles, insights, or deep relaxation. Everything that comes up is welcome, and you’re always in control (you can pause, slow down, or switch to normal breathing at any time).
